Can I wash my custom item?

All fabric painted denim and cotton items are heat-set as per the manufacturers instructions and are washable inside out on a cool wash. To avoid fading to the design, we recommend minimal machine washing and to instead spot clean and hand wash with gentle detergent.

Can I iron my custom item?

All fabric painted denim and cotton items can be ironed on the reverse or with a pillow case protecting the design. Please do not place the iron directly onto the design as this may cause damage to the iron and the garment.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy for items that are unworn and in the same condition they were received. Please contact us via the form to request a return. Return shipping will be payable by the customer.

All commission items are non-refundable.
